For this we recommend that you choose our Ecommerce Plans. You need three things to process the credit card payments in real time:

1) A merchant account
2) A real-time credit card processing account
3) A shopping cart that supports your choice of a real-time credit card
processing solution.

You can obtain a merchant account and AuthorizeNet real-time credit card processing account by filling out the form for the Miva Merchant shopping cart system, which is included free of charge with our Ecommerce Plans. This plan supports all major real-time credit card processing solutions including AuthorizeNet, CyberCash, Mol-Pay, Anacom, etc.

What is the difference between E-Commerce Gold and E-Commerce Platinum?
Commerce Gold comes with Miva Order secure order form, which supports LinkPoint, Signio, and CyberCash transaction processing. It suits stores with 20 or fewer products.

What software do I need to get started?
Nothing, except for the browser you are using to view this page. If you know how to point and click, you're ready to start. Do I need to know HTML to build my store? No, you don't. The bundled shopping carts are also store building tools. You don't need to know any HTML or programming.

How long will it take for my store to go online?
Once you place your order online with a credit card, you can start building your store within 24 to 72 hours. This is the time needed to activate your domain name (if it is new) and to spread information around the world about the physical location of your site on the Internet. If you have a new domain name, this process takes 24 to 48 hours; if you are transferring your domain from another hosting provider, it takes 48 to 72 hours. Once you start building the site, it doesn't take long. Sites with just a few products can be set up in less than an hour. For most stores, however, it takes from a few hours to several days. One day is about average for our customers.

Do I need to sign with Sheets by Design for some minimum term?
No. You are on a monthly billing schedule and can change or cancel at any time.

Will my store be registered with search engines?
Yes. Once your account with us is activated, we will send you a pointer to the search engine submission page, where you can register your domain name with the major search engines.

What do I need to sign-up for your service?
You need an Internet connection and a valid email address, so that we can send you the account information. If you are paying by credit card, you should have your Visa, MasterCard, or Amex ready. You can also choose to pay by check. If you don't already have a domain name, you need to decide on one. We will check its availability and take care of registration as part of the signup procedure.

Will transactions be secure?
